SKILLS TRAINING
What I Teach
I work on every part of a player's game, so what we do in practice shows up in games.
Skills Foundations
The basics every player needs: the concepts, base and habits we build everything else on.
Technical Skills
The primary movement skills required to play the game effectively: skating, puck control, passing and shooting.
Tactical Skills
Decision-making, combined with technical skills, to create an advantage over opponents.
Team Skills
Playing as a unit in all three zones → Positioning, support, options and strategies within a coordinated system.
Athletic Skills
Speed, strength, conditioning & nutrition, all optimized for hockey-specific performance.
Mindset Skills
Habits and mental models that help players compete with confidence and gain a psychological edge over their opponents.

FAQ
FAQ
Where are sessions held?
On-ice sessions and camps are at Great Park Ice (888 Ridge Valley, Irvine). Hybrid sessions are at Ice Forge (2925 Airway Ave, Ste A, Costa Mesa).
What should my player bring?
On the ice: full gear and a rink sticker. Ice Forge: athletic shoes, gloves and a stick (bring a helmet just in case). Camps: full gear, water, off-ice clothes and a meal.
How does the Skills Lab membership work?
It's $399 a month. Members book unlimited Skills Lab sticktimes (on-ice and hybrid) as often as spots allow. You can cancel anytime and your first two months are 100% refundable with no questions asked.
Can I book single camp days?
Not right now. Each day builds on the last, so the camp is 3 days only.
What ages and levels do you coach?
Most of the players I coach are 10 to 18, but any age or level is welcome.
How big are the lesson groups?
I keep groups small so every player gets real feedback. Lessons max out at 8 players.
